Peter Blauner

Peter Blauner is an award-winning, NY Times bestselling author and a veteran writer for numerous network TV shows. He began his career as a journalist covering crime and politics for New York magazine and segued into writing fiction in the 1990s. He has published nine novels, including SLOW MOTION RIOT, which won an Edgar Allan Poe award, and THE INTRUDER, a bestseller overseas and in America. His work has been translated into 25 languages and has been anthologized in BEST AMERICAN MYSTERY STORIES and on NPR’s SELECTED SHORTS FROM SYMPHONY SPACE. In television, he has been a writer and a co-executive producer on shows like Blue Bloods and Law & Order: SVU. He has also worked on projects for the FX network and Apple TV.
